It has an open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings. 1) Due at signing: First and last months rent with the $50.00 discount applied, plus $2000.00 security. Total: $5700.00 initial payment. 2) Afterwards: Rent is due on the 28th of the month prior to the month rented. EXAMPLE: July payment is due by June 28th. If paid on the 29th or there after, a loss of the $50.00 discount will apply. Rent is then $1900.00 plus $3.00 daily late fee. Starting on the 29th, until the rent and penalties are paid in full. 3) Tenants are responsible for: Utilities including trash pickup. 4) Also, tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. But we have a contract with a lawn care company to do the work of mowing and trimming. Tenant is to assist them by keeping things (obstructions) out of their way.
